WYNN'S TURBO CLEANER

Turbo Cleaner cleans and unblocks contaminated turbochargers. When sprayed, it produces a foam that has a long-lasting cleaning effect on the surface of the turbo. FEATURES: • Cleans and unblocks contaminated turbocharger geometry with or without disassembly. • Dissolves glue, varnish, tar and soot. • Restores the original power of the turbocharger. • Restores the optimal air / fuel ratio. • Safe for exhaust emission reduction systems. APPLICATION: • For all petrol and diesel engines with a turbocharger. USE: A. Cleaning the turbocharger without disassembly 1. Start the engine and let it warm up. Remove the flexible tube of the intake system, located between the air filter box and the turbocharger / intercooler. 2. For petrol engines, start the engine and raise the revs to 2000 rpm. For diesel engines, let the engine idle, NEVER press the accelerator. 3. With the engine warm, spray the product through the intake tube. 4. Spray Wynn's Turbo Cleaner in short intervals to avoid a spontaneous rise in revs and "knocking" from the engine. 5. After each spray, wait for the revs to recover. 6. If necessary, press the accelerator on petrol engines to avoid the car stalling. On diesel engines, NEVER press the accelerator. 7. Continue until all 200 ml of the product is used up. 8. Let the engine idle for a few minutes. Switch off the engine. Connect the tube to the intake system. 9. Start the engine, press the accelerator 5 to 10 times (up to a maximum of 3000 rpm) or drive the car 5 to 10 km (do not exceed 3000 rpm). 10. Let the engine run for at least another minute before switching off the car. B. Cleaning the turbo with disassembly 1. Remove the turbocharger. 2. Disassemble the turbocharger in such a way that the variable geometry is visible. 3. Spray all parts thoroughly. Let the product act for a few minutes. 4. Spray the parts again until all contaminants are completely removed. 5. A cloth or piece of fabric can be used for easier removal of dirt. 6. Dry the parts with compressed air, a cloth or fabric. Visually check for mechanical defects. 7. Install the turbocharger with new seals.
