TILE ADHESIVE CERESIT CM 12 FLEX WHITE

DESCRIPTION

CERESIT® CM 12 is used for laying tiles made of porcelain stoneware, ceramics and natural stone (resistant to discoloration), indoors and outdoors.
CERESIT CM 12 adhesive can be used on areas with water penetration and on underfloor heating.
As a medium-layer adhesive, CM 12 can be applied to repair and level surfaces with depressions up to 8 mm before laying tiles.

PREPARATION OF THE BASE FOR LAYING CERESIT CM 12 WHITE

Clean the surface from dust, dirt and other substances that reduce adhesion.
Remove loose mechanical particles. Absorbent substrates are primed with CERESIT CT 17 and allowed to dry for at least 2 hours.
Surface irregularities up to 5 mm can be filled the day before with CM 12.

MIXING CERESIT CM 12 WHITE

Pour the contents of the CERESIT CM 12 package into an accurately measured amount of clean water (according to the technical data).
Mix with a drill with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Leave for 5 minutes and then stir the mixture again.
If necessary, add a little water and mix once more.

LAYING CERESIT CM 12 WHITE

Spread CERESIT CM 12 onto the substrate with a notched trowel.
For indoor wall applications, the back of the tiles must be at least 65% coated with adhesive.
When tiles are exposed to constant moisture and frost, a combined (buttering - floating method) should be used.
Lay tiles only during the open time of the adhesive.
