MINUS PAD High Compression

The thermal pads of the TG Minus Pad High Compression series are characterized by extremely high compressibility. This makes them particularly versatile in practical use, as a single pad can simultaneously compensate for various height differences. This is especially useful when modifying graphics cards with a GPU water cooler or when replacing the thermal pads of a standard GPU cooler.

A TG Minus Pad High Compression (HC Pad) can be used on various components—such as VRAM, voltage regulators, and other contact surfaces—within the same configuration.

High Compression thermal pads are ideal in situations where the exact thickness of thermal pads required is not known. In such cases, the thickness of the existing pads is measured and replaced with slightly thicker High Compression versions.

It is particularly important that these pads not only retain their thermal conductivity under strong compression, but can even increase their thermal conductivity at higher contact pressure.
