Stay

You will fall in love, Tate. And when that happens, your life will change forever.

The New York Architect Tate Donovan heads to Cape Cod in the hope of starting over and regaining control of his life.

The meeting with the mysterious Ren gives Tate hope. The two form an instant connection, the kind neither of them has ever experienced before. But gradually he discovers that behind the seeming idyll of the small town, hatred, envy and greed are simmering, threatening their fragile bond just as it begins to bloom.

And the truth about Ren's past will call into question everything Tate has ever believed in.

The chronicler of the human soul Nicholas Sparks and the world-renowned director and screenwriter M. Night Shyamalan create an extraordinary story that takes love beyond all limits.

The film adaptation of "Remain" is planned for 2026.
