Rosmarino wood chips for smoking – cherry
Rosmarino cherry chips are the most delicate smoking option, created for a subtle, slightly sweet aroma and a soft smoke profile. Suitable for all types of barbecue and giving a complete, balanced taste to dishes.
With a flavor strength of 1 (very mild), it is ideal for occasions where a light smokiness is desired without a dominant flavor. It is suitable for lamb, game, pork, chicken and vegetables.
In addition to the flavor effect, cherry wood also gives the meat a slight pink hue, which improves its visual appearance when served.
The chips are a standard size of 6–12 mm and provide even burning and stable smoke. They can be used directly on coals or in an indirect smoking container, either dry or pre-soaked.
