PEAT SUBSTRATE UNIVERSAL 25L

This fine mix is suitable for sowing, rooting and growing plants both in small containers and pots, and for potting on into larger vessels.

It is recommended for young ornamental plants and seedlings.

Peat-based substrate without the use of substitutes.

This substrate is made from fine neutralised white peat, black peat and coconut peat.

• White peat has very good water and air capacity, ensuring vigorous growth of the roots and above-ground parts of plants.
• Black peat has lower absorption but a high moisture-retaining effect.
• Thanks to its unique properties, coconut peat provides structural stability and prevents compaction of the substrate while increasing moisture retention in the mix.

The substrate contains a wetting agent for better initial watering and is enriched with all the micro- and macronutrients needed for plant growth and development for about five weeks, after which additional feeding is advisable according to the metabolism and requirements of the different plant species.
