Instructions for use:

• Select "Nintendo eShop" in the HOME menu to launch Nintendo eShop.
• Select the account you want to use.
• Select "Redeem Code" on the left side of the screen.
• Enter the 16-character download code.
• Some retail cards for Nintendo Switch software will include both a control number and a download code. Make sure you enter the download code (without hyphens in the number), not the control number (with hyphens, e.g. XXXX-A00000-000000, F50EEUR-A00000-000000). All letters and symbols that are not used in prepaid codes (for example O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be excluded from the on-screen keyboard.
• Select "Confirm" to verify. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed. On the site, the game icon will appear in the HOME menu with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.

To use the code, a wireless internet connection is required, and you must accept the terms and privacy policies related to network services. You may also need to create or link a Nintendo Network ID or Nintendo account. For help using an online membership code for Nintendo Switch, click here.
