The access point features a dual-band 4x4 design that delivers up to 3.6Gbps aggregate Wi-Fi throughput, supported by a 2.5Gbps Power-over-Ethernet port, and is a class leader in performance and cost-effectiveness.
The WAX620 access point supports the next generation of Wi-Fi 6 smartphones, IoT devices and laptops, providing up to 40% more throughput for each individual device in the 5GHz band and 100% more throughput in the 2.4GHz band compared with the equivalent previous-generation model. It provides 4 times more client device connections, allowing businesses to serve more customers with better speed and less congestion.
The WAX620 access point is ideal for environments with large numbers of client devices, such as schools, hotels, restaurants and conference centres, and provides enterprise-class network security Wi-Fi. With Insight management WAX620 works seamlessly with your existing NETGEAR Insight managed switches, Wi-Fi access points and network storage, and is compatible with previous-generation devices Wi-Fi (for example Wi-Fi 5 802.11ac) and Wi-Fi access points. |
