An uninvited guest has snuck into the kitchen, and only the fastest players can catch it! La Cucaracha is a fun and dynamic children's board game that turns every session into a real chase, filled with laughter, tension, and unexpected twists.
The main character in the game is not an ordinary cockroach, but a realistically moving HEXBUG nano – a small robotic "bug" that constantly moves around the kitchen in a completely unpredictable way. The players' task is to guide it into their trap before it escapes in another direction.
Each turn begins with a roll of the die, which determines which kitchen utensils you can rotate. Knives, forks, and spoons are arranged around the game board, serving as a kind of maze. By rotating them at the right moment, you will change the cockroach's route and try to steer it straight into your trap. But be careful – its movement is unpredictable, and only good reaction time and a bit of luck will bring you success.
Each successfully caught fugitive earns you a token, and the winner is the first player to collect five tokens. Thanks to the constantly changing movement of the HEXBUG nano, no two games are the same, which makes the game extremely fun and highly replayable.
La Cucaracha combines easy rules, fast games, and interactive gameplay that develops observation, coordination, logical thinking, and quick reaction. This makes it an excellent choice for both family evenings and fun with friends.
