Matador spinach seeds

Spinach (Spinacia oleracea Matador) is an annual plant with few calories, many vitamins and minerals. A very early variety - it develops in about a month. It is consumed fresh in salads, steamed or cooked. Suitable for freezing. It forms a large semi-raised rosette with a diameter of 16 - 25 cm and has medium-long petioles. The leaves are smooth and oval, fleshy, green, with a delicate consistency and very good taste.

It is suitable for autumn and early spring cultivation. The seeds are sown from early April to late May and in autumn from August 15 to October 15.
