DESCRIPTION

CERESIT® CE 43 is for grouting floor coverings and wall coverings made of ceramic, glass and stone tiles (excluding marble)
indoors and outdoors. Hydrophobic effect. Suitable for bathrooms and shower cubicles, as well as for grouting tiles glued to plasterboard,
Chipboard and OSB boards. Recommended for balconies and terraces, public and industrial premises. The grout is prepared in three different consistencies according to the application.

PROPERTIES
- Aquastatic effect
- For walls and floors
- For indoor and outdoor use
- For use over underfloor heating
- For ceramic and stone tiles

PREPARATION OF THE BASE FOR LAYING CERESIT CE 43

The edges of the tiles are cleaned of any stains. Grouting can begin after the tile adhesive has hardened and dried.
Before application, make sure that CERESIT CE 43 does not leave permanent marks on the tile surface. The clean edges of the tiles are rinsed with a wet sponge.

MIXING CERESIT CE 43

CERESIT CE 43 is poured into an accurately measured amount of clean water and stirred until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Rusty containers and tools cannot be used. Wait 3 minutes and stir the material again.
Depending on the amount of water added, the achieved consistency is suitable for grouting floor or wall tiles or masonry.

CERESIT CE 43 APPLICATION

The mortar is applied to the joints with a rubber trowel. After the initial drying, the tiles should be cleaned with a frequently rinsed and wrung out porous sponge.
When the joints dry too quickly, they should be moistened slightly with a damp, smooth sponge. Dried deposits from joints can be removed with a dry cloth.
