Description

Wine deacidifier - potassium bicarbonate 100g.

One gram of potassium bicarbonate reduces the titratable acidity by 0.7 g per liter, expressed as tartaric acid.

Acidity can be adjusted before fermentation begins if necessary (green grapes or those with high acidity) or after fermentation is complete.

The selected amount of deacidifier is dissolved in 10 times more wine or water and mixed with the entire amount. After 1-2 days, taste and add more if necessary.

Adding wine deacidifier should be done in small portions to avoid overdoing it and causing the wine to acquire a bland taste.
