ARCTIC Freezer 4U-M is a server compatible CPU cooler with extended contact surface and improved mounting mechanism. It is compatible with a wide range of Intel and AMD processors, including Intel LGA 4710, LGA 4189, LGA 4677 and AMD SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8.

This cooler consumes only 2.88 W, ensuring high efficiency in cooling powerful processors with up to 96 cores and TDP up to 350 W. It has 53 mm of RAM space, which allows the use of memory modules with moderate heatsinks.

The compact design, with a height of only 145 mm, makes it suitable for 4U server racks and most 4U user boxes . PWM fans are optimized for static pressure and operate in a push-pull configuration, ensuring efficient heat dissipation.

For continuous operation , the fans are equipped with double ball bearings , which offer increased durability compared to conventional bearings. The cooler comes with MX-6 thermal paste , which improves the heat transfer between the processor and the cooler.
