CORIANDER SEEDS SUPERMARKET

A winter-hardy Asian spice with a fresh and rich flavor.

Coriander is an annual spice that is used raw in salads, dishes, and soups. It overwinters successfully, but like most spices, it should not be harvested excessively during this period. For faster germination, lightly crush the seeds in a bowl beforehand.

Growing instructions: Fill a pot or box with soil, level it and press it down to make contact. Water it beforehand. Scatter the seeds evenly and cover them with about 1 cm of soil. Press it down again to make contact. Cover the pot with a transparent film or something else to ensure sufficient humidity for germination and at the same time to monitor the growth. Once the seeds germinate, remove the cover and place in a bright place without direct sun. Water regularly, without waterlogging.
