Description

Cordless chainsaw

Cordless chainsaw BOSCH PROFESSIONAL GKE 18V-40, 18 V, bar 40 cm, without battery and charger

Brushless motor and 40 cm bar for continuous cutting of beams, timber and thick branches.

The Bosch Professional GKE 18V-40 cordless chainsaw works with 18 V from the Bosch Professional 18V system and the AMPShare alliance, and is available without battery and charger. The 40 cm bar and the 12.4 m/s chain speed cover carpentry tasks on site and tree and garden maintenance, without exhaust fumes and without a tensioning cable.

OptiCut supports cutting under higher loads

The electronics monitor the load and regulate the speed and torque, instead of the chain blocking in the middle of the cut. For deep cuts in beams or wet wood, the cut continues evenly until the end.

Low noise brushless motor — 91 dB(A) sound pressure

The exhaust-free and lower-noise operation allows cutting in residential areas and on company sites where gasoline-powered machines are a problem. The brushless design has no brushes to replace and requires minimal maintenance.

Electronic brake stops the chain after releasing the trigger

The chain locks in a split second even in the event of kickback. The metal spikes on the support hold the trunk steady and give control over the direction of the cut.

Chain wrench stored on the machine itself

The chain tensioning tool sits in a recess on the housing and is at hand for any on-site adjustment. The translucent 150 ml oil tank shows the level at a glance and is leak-proof.

Compatibility with Bosch Professional 18V and AMPShare

Any battery from the 18-volt professional system from Bosch and the multi-brand alliance AMPShare will power the saw; batteries from 5.5 Ah and up are recommended for longer work cycles. Delivery does not include battery and charger - chain guard and chain wrench are included.
