The Classic UP represents a true evolution in the Gaggia manual coffee machine range. By offering the opportunity to experiment with the right tools, combining the creativity and satisfaction of making espresso exactly the way you want it, it turns every ritual into a real experience.

Premium experience

The Classic UP is equipped with a professional stainless steel portafilter and an ergonomic handle, along with three traditional filters: one single (holding up to 11 g of ground coffee), one double (up to 18 g) and a blind backwash filter.

Each box also includes an exclusive stainless steel pad with the Gaggia logo on it, a replaceable black plastic handle, as well as two replaceable drip trays. The standard one is suitable for cups up to 7 cm high, while the lower tray is designed for cups up to 9.5 cm high or for using a scale to control the brewing ratio. In addition, the telescopic drain tube can be easily adjusted according to the height of the chosen tray.

Intuitive interface for professional results

Three backlit switches control the main functions in an intuitive and fast way. The TFT display combined with four capacitive buttons provides access to the settings menu for configuring pre-infusion, time-based preset dose, temperature in degrees (°C or °F), scheduled power-on, automatic standby and button sound.
During extraction, both the boiler temperature and the injection timer can be seen on the display, allowing for more precise and repeatable results.
