Car tweeters

Car speakers HERTZ DT-24.3 TWEETER 24 mm, 40 W

Neodymium PEI dome with 94 dB sensitivity: clear high tones even at high volume

HERTZ DT 24.3 are car tweeters from the Dieci series with a diameter of 24 mm and an impedance of 4 ohm. Their operating range from 3000 to 23000 Hz complements factory or upgraded mid- and low-frequency speakers in the front doors. The mounting depth is only 20 mm, which fits them into narrow niches on the dashboard and mirror pillars.

PEI dome for natural high tones

The membrane is made of PEI, which is a light and stable polymer that maintains its shape at high temperatures in the cabin. The sound remains clear and detailed during prolonged listening, without harshness in the upper register.

Neodymium magnet with 94 dB sensitivity

The optimized magnetic system ensures high efficiency - the speaker sounds loud even with a standard car radio. The compact neodymium motor is also the reason for the mounting depth of only 20 mm.

Hi Pass crossover from 3.5 kHz

The filter cuts off low frequencies with a slope of 6 dB/octave and protects the small membrane from overload. The peak power is 80 W, and the nominal power is 40 W per speaker.

Three mounting options in the cabin

The manufacturer offers a flush-mount cup, a dual-angle cup for surface mounting, and a sealing ring. Aiming towards the passengers' heads improves the stereo image when mounted on the windshield pillars.
