Description

Car speakers (component set)

Car speakers HERTZ DSK 165.3, 16.5 cm, 80 W, component set

Two-way set with separate tweeters for clear vocals at eye level.

HERTZ DSK 165.3 is a two-way component car speaker set with a diameter of 16.5 cm from the Dieci series. The set includes two mid-bass speakers, two 24 mm tweeters, and passive crossovers, and the standard DIN dimensions allow for installation in most factory door openings.

V-cone® membrane for off-axis detail

The exponential profile of the cone disperses mid and high frequencies more widely, which is important for speakers mounted low in the door. The TPU suspension handles large membrane excursion and suppresses parasitic resonances at higher volume levels.

Sensitivity 93 dB, so it also works with a factory radio

The set sounds convincing even with the power of standard car audio systems, without a mandatory external amplifier. With an added amplifier, it handles 80 W continuous power, with a peak of up to 160 W.

Passive filter on the connecting cable

The crossover is located directly on the cables and cuts frequencies below 3.5 kHz to the tweeter with a slope of 12 dB per octave. There is no need for space for a separate box behind the upholstery, and installation is reduced to connecting along the door.
