Car speakers

HERTZ DCX 690.3 car speakers, 15 x 23 cm, 90 W, 3-way coaxial

Three drivers in one basket: solid bass and clear details from the standard rear-deck slots

Hertz DCX 690.3 from the Dieci series are coaxial car speakers measuring 15 x 23 cm for replacing factory sound. The set is 3-way: a woofer, a midrange driver and a tweeter with a PEI dome, with a frequency range from 45 to 21,000 Hz. Grilles are included in the set.

3-way design for a full musical spectrum

The 60 mm midrange driver handles vocals and instruments in the middle register, while the PEI dome tweeter adds the upper overtones. Dividing the tasks among three drivers gives wider dispersion.

93 dB sensitivity for strong sound even from factory radio

High efficiency means the model sounds convincing without an external amplifier. With an external amplifier, the speakers handle 90 W continuous power, with a peak value of 180 W.

PEI tweeter and TPU suspension

The cone is made of pressed paper with water-repellent treatment, and the surround is TPU: a combination that tolerates humidity and temperature differences in a car. The high-flux ferrite magnet measures 80 x 40 x 15 mm.

Mounting depth 98 mm and grilles included

The external size is 237 x 162 mm, and the mounting cutout 224 x 153 mm - standard values for 6x9" slots on the rear deck. The impedance is 4 ohm, and the weight of one speaker is 0.95 kg.
