Arugula grows quickly and abundantly. It produces new leaves. 5-7 prunings are possible. All parts of the plant are used in salads, pasta sauces, etc. An annual variety with a height of 50-70 cm and aromatic leaves. The leaves and stems are cut while they are still young. The seeds are sown directly in pots or outdoors in early spring or autumn. Arugula likes sunny or semi-shaded places. During the winter months it is harvested at room temperature.
