Opinel Peeler T-Duo Polymer Blue

Peeler Opinel with a polymer handle is suitable for peeling fruit and vegetables. It has a double-serrated blade that allows it to be used in two directions. The finely serrated blade allows peeling fruit and vegetables with thicker skin, and its reverse side is suitable for cutting so-called vegetable spaghetti. It fits comfortably in the hand for both right-handed and left-handed users.

The stainless steel with a hardness of 55-57 HRC used in Opinel blades is a grade optimised to guarantee both high corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance. The advantage of stainless steel is that it does not require special maintenance under normal conditions of use, unlike carbon steel. However, it may reach its limits if it is placed in prolonged contact with aggressive environments (acids, salt water, cleaning agents, etc.).
