Who will be the last player who stacks the cube tower on the tower without knocking it over?

Game rules: 

Build the tower so that on each floor three wooden cubes are laid side by side. Place the floors at right angles to each other. Start the game with the player who built the tower. When it is your turn, take one cube from one of the floors, except the top one, and place it on top of the tower. Place it at a right angle to the cube below it, directly beneath it. You may act with only one hand. Using both hands at the same time is forbidden. Continue clockwise, moving one block per turn. Always place all three cubes on one floor before starting a new one. 

End of the game: 

The winner is the last player who has moved a cube without the tower falling. The player who built the tower sets it up again for the next game.
