One-component hand polyurethane foam

Features
One-component, moisture-curing, semi-rigid polyurethane foam with excellent
of cellular structure and high mechanical strength. It is easy to use and apply with the attached straw. The foam expands itself and when it hardens, it expands nearly 2 to 2.5 times. Excellent adhesion to most
building materials – wood, concrete, stone, metal, etc.
The amount of cured foam depends largely on operating conditions – temperature, air humidity, expansion space, etc. The product does not contain chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbons (CFCs)
under pressure.

Preparing the base

The substrates must be stable, clean and free from substances that could interfere with adhesion. To ensure complete and even curing of the foam, moisten mineral, porous substrates (bricks, concrete, limestone) with a water spray to improve adhesion. Protect adjacent areas with foil. The surfaces may be damp, but not frozen or icy.

•Operating temperature: from +5 °C to +30 °C.

Application method
•Shake the bottle vigorously before use (15-20
times).
• Screw the plastic tube tightly onto the vial.
•The dosage of the foam is controlled by pressing the trigger.
•Dose the foam sparingly; fill the seal about 50% as the foam will expand.
•Shake regularly during application.
•Remove fresh stains from uncured foam with PU foam cleaner or acetone. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
