Rosmarino wood chips for smoking – acacia

Rosmarino acacia chips are designed to impart a rich, slightly smoky flavor to meat and vegetables when barbecued. They are suitable for all types of grills and smokehouses - charcoal, gas and electric grills.

With a flavor strength of 4 (strong), these chips add a distinctive smoky flavor without dominating the food. They are especially suitable for beef and vegetables, revealing new flavor nuances with every cooking.

The chips are made from dry wood with a size of 6–12 mm, which ensures even and controlled burning. They can be used directly on coals or in a container for indirect smoking. If desired, they can be soaked in water, beer, wine or whiskey for an additional aromatic effect.
