Description

Rust converter, primer and decorative coating in one product.

PROTECTA 3in1 is a product for protecting ferrous metals from atmospheric influences. It is applied directly to rust, decorating and protecting new and rusty surfaces from corrosion processes.

Advantages:

  • With Protecta 3in1 you can paint metal surfaces directly over the rust;
  • 3 times less work for an excellent result;
  • Up to 15 years of corrosion resistance of the coating according to ISO 12944 standard.

What did our tests show?

  • Water - does not spread on the surface;
  • Rust- stops rust;
  • Coating resistant to temperature amplitudes from -30 to +50°C.

Consumption : 12-14 m²/L

Drying : 24 hours

Packaging : 500ml; 2.5L

Dilution: With PROTECTA thinner:

4-8% when applied with a brush and roller;

up to 12% when spraying with a gun.

Method of application:

For new metal surfaces: degrease new metal surfaces, clean them from dust and other contaminants. For better adhesion, sand the surface.

For old/rusty surfaces: clean old painted surfaces from cracked paint, dust and grease stains. Clean rusty metal surfaces with a wire brush from coarse rust, but not to a metallic shine.

Apply the first coat of Protecta 3in1 evenly to the metal surface. The second and third coats can be applied immediately after the previous one, or after it has completely dried.
