Vacuum sealing with two buttons: meat, cheese and spices stay fresh for weeks.

The ROSBERG RP51987B vacuum machine draws air out of the bag and seals it thermally to preserve the colour, flavour, aroma and nutritional value of products. It works with embossed bags up to 29.5 cm wide and is suitable for vacuum packing dry products. The ABS housing takes up little space in a cabinet or on a countertop.

Vacuum 57 kPa for longer food life

Drawing out air at 2.5 l/min prepares the bag for sealing, and the air-free packaging stops oxidation and freezer burn. Portioned meat, fish and cheese keep their colour and aroma after thawing.

Two modes: full vacuuming or sealing only

The sealing-only mode is for delicate products that cannot withstand pressure: chips, biscuits, coffee beans. The stop button interrupts the cycle as soon as you judge that enough air has been drawn out.

Bags up to 29.5 cm wide

The heating wire is 1.5 mm wide and forms an even seal along the entire length of the bag. It works with embossed rolls and ready-made bags, including those from the ROSBERG R51987 range, which lets you cut a bag to exactly the portion size.
