The STIHL RT 5097 lawn tractor is a reliable and convenient tool for the efficient maintenance of large lawns, both for private use and for professional garden and lawn maintenance. With the lawn tractor you can mow large lawns quickly and efficiently.

The central cutting height adjustment allows you to set the desired grass height in several steps between 30 mm and 100 mm. Thanks to the electromagnetic clutch of the cutting blade, you can conveniently switch the blades on or off as needed using the switch on the steering column. On the STIHL RT 5097 lawn tractor, the grass is safely fed to the blades by the grass collection and guidance system. The 250 l grass collector ensures that you can mow for a long time without interruption, and the curved handle next to the seat allows you to empty it with minimal effort.

The spring-loaded and removable seat of the RT 5097 lawn tractor can be individually adjusted to your height without tools. The direction of travel (forward or reverse) can be selected using the switch on the steering column, and the speed can be infinitely adjusted using the accelerator pedal. The lawn tires provide sufficient traction and protect the grass due to the rounded tire bead.

Turf tires

The large turf tires on the STIHL lawn tractor are gentle on the lawn. Thanks to their rounded edges, they leave almost no marks.

Central cutting height adjustment

The plastic grass catcher can be emptied effortlessly from the driver's sitting position using a curved lever. The bucket-shaped design of the catcher ensures optimal filling and emptying without residue. It is easy to clean.

Drive the chassis with 1 pedal

With the STIHL-specific 1-pedal drive, changing direction is easy with a hand lever for changing between forward and reverse gears, making it easy to manoeuvre quickly. The pressure-sensitive pedal allows for fine adjustment of the pace between maximum speed and standstill. A separate brake pedal ensures instant stopping.

Electromagnetic knife clutch (EBC)

The mower deck's clutch system makes it easy to engage and disengage the blades. It is conveniently operated from the control console.
