Convenient mowing and finishing around the home

If you don't already own a STIHL product from the STIHL AS system, it's particularly worth purchasing the STIHL FSA 30 cordless trimmer as a set. In addition to the compact FSA 30, which is ideal for mowing medium-length grass, maintaining the edges of your lawn and for finishing work, the set also includes a STIHL AS 2 battery and a STIHL AL 1 standard charger. This means you can get started on your garden maintenance straight away. Since the FSA 30 cordless trimmer is particularly quiet, you can also work in areas with noise restrictions.

The STIHL FSA 30 is equipped as standard with the STIHL PolyCut 3-2 mowing head with 2 sturdy, removable PolyCut plastic blades. For quick blade changes, up to 6 PolyCut blades can be stored in the dedicated holder directly on the machine and can be changed directly on the mowing head without the need for tools. As an option, you can also use the FSA 30 with the AutoCut C 3-2 mowing head available as an accessory and with lines with a diameter of 1.4 mm.

Thanks to its ergonomic shape, flexible adjustment options and low weight of just 2.3 kg with the included battery, the FSA 30 cordless brushcutter allows for comfortable, effortless work. The rubberized handle fits well in the hand and allows for easy and intuitive operation. To adapt to your height, you can adjust the telescopic shaft tube and the circular handle in stages at the touch of a button. For even more working comfort, the working angle of the mowing unit is also easily adjustable - and you can simply rotate the mowing unit by 90° to shape the edges of the lawn precisely. The adjustable stop, which can be raised and lowered, ensures precise and careful mowing around trees and bushes as well as around objects. For compact storage on the wall in the garage or tool shed, the FSA 30 cordless brushcutter has a practical hanging eye.

Limiter

PROTECTED MOWING. The limiter protects both your plants and the mowing head. You can extend or retract it as needed. When mowing with a string or other plastic cutting tool, make sure you trim precisely without damaging plants, tree bark or objects. Since the string does not mow beyond the position of the limiter.

Spare knife storage

QUICK BLADE CHANGE. If the blades on the mowing head are worn out, you don't have to bring new ones to replace. Up to six spare blades can be easily stored on the unit. This allows you to quickly change them and continue working without interruption.

Round handle

MORE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT IN TIGHT SPACES. In tight spaces, such as when finishing between bushes, thickets or around park benches, the round handle offers a great advantage. The practical position of the handle allows you to move your tool freely even in tight spaces and to control it easily and precisely.

Activation key

SAFE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE. Removing the activation key from the tool prevents it from being started unintentionally. This way you can clean, transport and store your cordless tool safely and without risk. Because if the activation key is removed, the tool is de-energized. If you want to start the tool, insert the key and re-energize the power supply.
