The Power X-Change 18 V / 4.0 Ah starter set contains 1 x 4.0 Ah Li-Ion battery and 1 x charger. They are part of the versatile and infinitely combinable Power X-Change battery system from Einhell. The universally applicable Power X-Change batteries provide power and durability for all cordless tools from the entire product family. The rechargeable battery has a durable three-layer rubberized housing that protects it from damage in the event of an impact. The model has a large grip area for optimal user comfort. The model supports microprocessor control for effective protection against overload and overheating. The integrated intelligent charge control controls each cell separately and ensures that each of them is fully charged. Lithium-ion technology prevents self-discharge, further extending the battery's service life. A 3-stage LED display shows the battery charging status.

The charger is fast charging and is compatible with all batteries in the Power X-Change series. The model uses a smart gradual charging system, thus ensuring a longer battery life. There is a 6-stage charge level indicator, which conveniently keeps the user informed of the progress.
